We Are The Ocean - Cutting Our Teeth

I like to think of London based We Are The Ocean as Britain's answer to Alexisonfire. 18 short months after the original debut came out Kerrang award nominated the band felt like it was time for a re-issue and October sees the release of the deluxe edition of 'Cutting Our Teeth'.

This time around the album will be released as a 2 disc compilation. The first disc features the original album which actually remains completely unchanged from the first time around. Existing fans of the band are probably wondering why invest in the the same thing all over again? The answer comes in the form of the second disc which features 4 cracking new tracks and two b-sides. This bonus disc also includes the seven tracks from the band’s sold out self titled EP making it a great catalogue of the band’s music for new and old fans alike.

Fresh tracks like ‘Lucky Ones’ and 'Get Out While You Can' give a taste of the things to expect when the boys head back into the studio this December. The boys are also heading out on a UK/European tour this October in support of the re-issue, having built their successful live shows from playing alongside bands like The used, Rise Against, Thrice and From First To Last.
