A Voice Like Rhetoric

A Voice Like Rhetoric describe themselves as being "like a punch in the face" and this Pittsburgh four piece have been throwing fists for over five years now. After a 2 year hiatus whilst the band lost their drummer, juggled jobs and finished up degrees, the boys are keen to get back to the band full time and with their drummer now back in situ they're currently in the process of finishing their new EP.

Their first full length CD, Ethos, is packed with math-rock gems reminiscent of ThisGIRL and Yourcodenameis:Milo and is available for download right now. For fans of Q & Not U, Cursive and Minus the Bear, 'Ethos' offers intricate and technical guitar work combined with clever lyrics.

Having toured extensively all over the US, A Voice Like Rhetoric are looking to get back out on the road this summer, so make sure you go and check them out on a stage near you soon.
